What better way to explore your city than to check out all its best buskers?

CITY’s annual Best Busker competition is coming back to the South Wedge. On May 25, come down to the Wedge for a night of FREE music by great local musicians set up on the street, as well as deals from your favorite neighborhood merchants. It’s a free, kid-friendly event that will get the whole family outside and engaging with the neighborhood.

When you start your stroll, be sure to stop by the CITY Newspaper tent at the corner of South and Gregory to get your free guitar picks. You’ll use to vote for the live musicians playing on the sidewalks from 6 pm to 8 pm. The top vote-getters will win some fabulous prizes.

Stick around or show up early because local shops will be offering specials on food, drink, goods, and services between 5 pm and 9 pm.
