Anyone who lives in or loves the South Wedge knows the enormous impact that small business owners have in our neighborhood. On November 25th, the Saturday after Thanksgiving, the community will be bursting with activity in support of our incredible locally owned merchants, shops, eateries, and pubs. There will be specials, promotions, and events in abundance, and the neighborhood will be decked out with holiday lights and decorations. Please show your support for the purveyors who bring life to the Wedge by shopping small on Small Business Saturday.

BASWA – Our Neighborhood’s Champion

BASWA — the Business Association of the South Wedge Area — is a constant champion of the South Wedge, creating programming all year long. The organization has again been designated as one of over 4000 local “Neighborhood Champions” for Small Business Saturday through American Express. The success of Small Business Saturday has been entrusted to these entities, and both business owners and residents owe BASWA a debt of gratitude for their role on this day, as well as the other 364.
