Do you have the patience to pick through hundreds of albums in search of that elusive rare record? If you’re the sort to go hunting for treasure hidden in crates of vintage vinyl, then the South Wedge Record Fair is calling your name. The annual event, being held Sunday, November 5th, at the Historic German House, is a collaboration between Needle Drop Records and Hi-Fi Lounge — the world’s smallest music and audio store. For just $3, you can rummage through more than 40 tables of records and CDs from 10 am to 4:30 pm. For $10, you’ll enjoy access to this treasure trove of turntable treats an hour early at 9 am. And if Facebook posts prove correct, you might just run into a legendary bassist.
