Save with VIP perks.

If you’ve been at South & Hickory Place for a while, you probably know all about our VIP Perks program. It gets residents special savings at more than 50 local shops, restaurants, and service providers. This year, we’ve added new deals from 7 new vendors, and dozens of last year’s businesses have updated or extended the savings throughout 2016. If you don’t have yours yet, new tags are available in the leasing office, so stop by as soon as possible to start taking advantage of your savings.

• Cosimos Pizza in Marketplace Mall is giving residents a BOGO deal on large pizzas.
• At Subway in Marketplace Mall, you’ll now get 10% off everything.
• South Avenue Auto has expanded your close-to-home car-repair options with 10% off any service.
• O’Callaghan’s Pub on Monroe Avenue will give you 10% off orders of $10 or more, alcohol excluded.
• You can get 15% off the rack rate at Country Inn & Suites in Henrietta.
• Sleep Cheap & More gets even cheaper with 15% off anything for Erie Station Village residents.
• Spitale Laser & Spa in Collegetown is offering BOGO Laser Hair Removal packages, 25% off iLipo fat-reduction laser packages + 2 free treatments, and 10% off any salon service.
