This April, be sure to keep your Earth Day enthusiasm going into the weekend after Earth Day for the 2nd Annual RocWorthy Earth Festival. On Saturday, April 28th, from 11am-3pm, Abundance Food Co-Op and GreenSpark Solar (formerly known as SunCommon NY) will shut down South Avenue for a celebration of all things local, sustainable, and community oriented. The area between Averill and Hamilton will be filled with vendors offering environmentally friendly solutions for your daily life. You can expect live music, great food, activities for kids, and more. It’s an opportunity to connect with like-minded neighbors, learn ways to get closer to a zero-waste lifestyle, and reduce your personal impact on the planet.
