No Extra Parking Fee!

South and Hickory Place is a great place to live because it’s right at the heart of Rochester’s art and culture scenes in the South Wedge. In bustling urban neighborhoods like this one, parking can be hard to come by. We’ve tried to make parking easy and affordable for our residents by providing free off-street parking. While you live at South and Hickory Place, you won’t have to pay an extra monthly or annual bill for parking. Just be sure to always display your parking permit!

What about guests?

Though we’d love to provide complimentary parking for residents and their guests, we have a limited amount of space, so off-street parking at South and Hickory place is reserved for residents only. Fortunately, when your guests need a place to park, they will rarely have a problem finding a space. An abundance of on-street parking is available right outside our building. As you celebrate the holiday season, please ask your visitors to park on the street so that all residents can enjoy access to resident parking.
