Introducing our Rent Credit Referral Program: As a resident of South & Hickory Place, you’re eligible for up to $1400 rent credits each year for making successful referrals.

Here are the rules:

• Your name MUST BE on the new renter’s application when it’s submitted.
• They must sign a lease and pay their first month’s rent.
• The credit schedule resets at the end of each year. To max out your credit potential, you’ll have to make 4 referrals in the same calendar year.

The fee schedule looks like this:

• First: $200
• Second: $300
• Third: $400
• Fourth: $500
