Grand torch light tours. One night only!

Don’t miss this once-a-year opportunity!

Spend some time with the biggest names in Rochester – ever – this Tuesday night. October 20th is the date of 2015’s Grand Torch Light Tours at Mount Hope Cemetery! This not-so-scary Halloween tradition highlights the history of Rochester with a guided tour by torchlight. Visitors get to see the beautiful, sprawling, nearly 200-year-old cemetery in all the colors of fall. Better yet, it’s the only night of the year when you can (legally) visit the cemetery after dark. If you’re lucky, you’ll even get a peek inside the old chapel (if you dare)!

Advance tickets are available for $9 at Wegmans, but sales stop at 3 pm on Tuesday, October 20th. Tickets cost $10 at the door and it’s CASH OR CHECK ONLY. Tours are free for children under the age of 15 accompanied by an adult, and for members who show their membership card.

Tours depart every 15 minutes starting at 5:55 pm and ending at 8:45 pm on Tuesday, October 20th.

These tours will happen rain or shine (or snow). All ticket sales are final.
