It’s a brand-new year, and that means a freshly updated version of one of our favorite South & Hickory Place amenities – the Resident VIP Perks Program. We’ve been working with more local vendors than ever to deliver exclusive savings to our residents, and now that it’s January, you can finally try them out.

• Catch up on self-care with 20% off hair salon, spa, and wellness services at La Vie Salon Spa Wellness.
• Save 20% off your personalized skin treatment at Esthetics by Jen, which can combine targeted organic products, peels, IPL, and/or ultrasound (by appointment only).

Participating vendors can always require that you show them this year’s valid VIP Membership Card before issuing a discount. That’s why it’s so important to keep your key tag or membership card on your keys or in your wallet. VIP Perks discounts can’t be combined with other discounts, offers, or promotions.
